COIDA Registration

An employer is regarded as being in compliance once they have:-

1.  Registered with the Compensation Fund
2. Filed the annual return of earnings (ROE)
3. Ensure that all assessments have been paid
4. Are in possession of a valid Letter of Good Standing (LOGS)
